Description:

Persuasion and Influence starts from within each of us and is achievable by all!   Leadership qualities that support the manager’s persuasive ability that will lead to success will be covered in detail.  A 360 degree leadership assessment is provided with this seminar.  This will be a highly interactive seminar.
 

Working in small teams, participants will use exercises to practice techniques that demonstrate an understanding of leadership skills and personal management.  Each participant will benefit from the interaction with and feedback from the other participants in the workshop.

Using the results of your 360-degree Leadership assessment you will also identify target areas for improvement and create a personalized self-improvement plan.


Preliminary homework will be required to complete the 360 degree assessment as well as reading assignments.  Reading material will be mailed to the attendees 2 weeks prior to the event.  360 degree feedback assessments from managers, peers, team members and attendees must be received 3 days prior to the class for inclusion in class exercise.
