Leadership qualities that support the project manager’s persuasion success will also be covered in detail. Two assessment tools are used in this class, a 360 degree leadership assessment and a PM persuasion assessment. This will be a highly interactive 2-day seminar.
Two assessment tools will be provided; a 360-degree Leadership assessment and a “Persuasive PM” assessment. You will also identify target areas for improvement and create a personalized self-improvement plan. A final takeaway will be practical examples of persuasion techniques that can be used immediately on current projects.
Preliminary homework will be required to complete the 360 degree assessment as well as reading assignments. Reading material will be mailed to the attendees 2 weeks prior to the event. 360 degree feedback assessments from managers, peers, team members and attendees must be received 3 days prior to the class for inclusion in class exercise.
