This automated assessment tool collects responses from three leadership perception viewpoints; Senior Management, peer Managers/Project Managers, and your Team Members.  These can be past and/or present stakeholders.  Great effort on your part is needed to ensure that you have sufficient numbers for report generation.  Past experience shows that at least 5-6 names are needed in each category to ensure that you have the minimum 3 responses for each category.
 
Using your own response as a base of comparison, an assessment report is generated. 
 
The assessment focuses on perceptions of trust, decision making, stress management, and other leadership characteristics.
 
Past students may want to use the class assessment as a benchmark assessment and initiate additional assessments periodically to validate focused personal change efforts.

Two additional coaching calls are included in assessment package:

1) An introduction call to clarify the expected process and answer questions
